Requirements
Must:
I require a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, although typically, I find that candidates have 5 years or more. I prefer candidates who have proven experience in commercial sectors, particularly with end-to-end pricing, contract management, billing, and credit processes. A robust understanding of SAP pricing strategies and schemes is essential, along with experience in integrating SAP with external customer-facing platforms such as Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud, or e-Commerce. Itβs important that you demonstrate a capacity to influence stakeholders and facilitate process change, along with experience in supporting global ERP projects and strategic initiatives. Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team are also needed. Exposure to other SAP process areas like Supply Chain or CRM tools, experience in presenting to executive leadership, and managing vendor relationships will be advantageous. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA deployment methodologies and agile delivery models is a plus.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to lead workshops to gather business requirements, analyze gaps, and recommend scalable SAP solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining complex SAP SD configurations, such as Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, and Credit Management that are aligned with our business objectives. I anticipate you will manage functional testing, defect resolution, and deployment of new releases and enhancements. Supporting business users through User Acceptance Testing and providing training for Super Users and end-users will be crucial. I also hope you will advise stakeholders on process improvements and challenge any unnecessary customizations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business leads, will be essential to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Additionally, you will provide expert-level support for SAP SD/O2C processes and their integrations with external systems, represent the Commercial workstream in project governance, plan staffing and budgets, and mentor junior team members.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive award based on company and personal performance. For Minnesota-based applicants, sick and safe leave accrual is provided at the rate of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year, unless otherwise mandated by law.
