Senior Product Manager, Self-Service Analytics

- Lead the product vision and strategy for enterprise analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, KNIME) in alignment with business objectives and analytical maturity - Define and manage a multi-year product roadmap that prioritizes innovation, scalability, governance, and cost-effectiveness - Act as the main point of accountability for platform success, user adoption, and value realization - Function as Product Owner for analytics platform features, including writing and refining epics, features, and user stories, whilst managing the product backlog - Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to guarantee timely and quality delivery of products - Make informed trade-offs and prioritization choices based on potential impact, risk, and enterprise value - Collaborate with Analytics Governance teams to integrate standards and compliance into platform functionalities - Empower federated teams by providing certified patterns, templates, and reusable resources - Ensure analytics platforms meet privacy, security, regulatory, and enterprise risk standards - Engage actively with analytics communities to gather feedback, identify challenges, and enhance adoption - Clearly communicate the product roadmap, priorities, and updates to a diverse user base - Define and monitor success metrics such as adoption rates, usage trends, performance, cost efficiency, and governance adherence - Utilize insights and metadata from platform usage to inform product roadmap decisions and explore optimization opportunities - Continuously enhance platform capabilities to accommodate emerging demands, such as GenAI-assisted analytics and innovative work methods
