Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is required, with an ideal range of 10 years or more.
- Extensive knowledge of the SAP ERP system is essential; proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards is highly desirable.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as SAP Fiori, Power BI, and SQL.
- Experience with programming languages including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Understanding of cloud-based ERP solutions and platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, preferably in enterprise ERP environments.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead in designing and developing high-quality software solutions by creating sustainable technology roadmaps, maintainable system integrations, and efficient code.
- Provide guidance on enhancing the internal software deployment platform, continuous integration or continuous delivery pipeline, and twelve-factor development methodology to automate the deployment process for reliable releases.
- Direct cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that fulfill business needs.
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives for software development and deployment processes and spearhead the implementation of approved standards to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for software applications, deployment processes, and system configurations.
- Mentor and lead technical support for troubleshooting complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and prompt resolution.
