Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Typically requires 5 years or more of relevant experience
- Proven experience in B2B platform engineering, including EDI mapping standards like X12 and EDIFACT
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Boomi EDI, Tibco, SAP BTP, and SAP PI/PO
- Strong foundation in core engineering principles applicable to solution design, scalability, and performance optimization in B2B settings
- Proficiency with modern engineering tools (e.g., GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, cloud scripting, backlog management)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product teams across various B2B domains, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture and platform strategy
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Lead the implementation of internal software deployment platforms and continuous integration or delivery pipelines to automate release processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to gather complex requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
- Write and maintain complex unit and integration tests, performing debugging to uphold software quality and performance, applying test-driven development as necessary
- Recommend and implement improvements to software development and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for complex software applications, deployment processes, and system configurations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues with deployed applications to minimize downtime and ensure quick resolutions
