Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, with typical candidates possessing 5 years or more
- Familiarity and/or certifications in SuccessFactors Modules
- Experience with other Learning Management System technologies such as Degreed, Edcast, Cornerstone, etc.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex application configurations to fulfill user and business requirements while identifying opportunities for improvement in support processes and procedures
- Conduct advanced programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of updates for application version releases
- Maintain proactive communication with users to address complex application support requests and needs
- Perform complex technical application support tasks to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business partners to ensure configurations are in line with standards and project objectives
- Oversee prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests
- Cultivate positive relationships with software vendors and negotiate intricate contracts
