Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, typically reflecting 5 or more years.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP IBP, including understanding of architecture, data models, and integration technologies.
- Proven history of successfully implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP IBP in intricate business contexts, including multiple full-life cycle deployments.
- Familiarity with various SAP IBP modules (e.g., Demand, Response & Supply, Inventory, Sales & Operations Planning) is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAPs production planning and detailed scheduling solution (SAP ePPDS) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration of advanced SAP IBP applications to fulfill user and business requirements while enhancing application support processes.
- Conduct advanced design, analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements, integrations, and fixes for the SAP IBP application as necessary.
- Maintain an open line of communication with users to address complex application support requests.
- Execute intricate technical application support tasks to achieve desired business outcomes alongside support team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application analysts, product managers, and business partners, to ensure that configurations and integrations meet standards and project objectives.
- Document and consistently update configurations and business processes, settings, and rules.
- Preserve and disseminate knowledge of functional and technical strategies, skills, and evolving capabilities related to SAP IBP.
- Resolve complex problems independently and act as a key resource for significant initiatives.
- Oversee the prioritization of incoming user requests, providing solution options and estimations as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with software vendors, collaborating on new capabilities and troubleshooting as required.
