Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally reflecting 5 years or more
- Proficiency in SAP and/or ERP Solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead and document requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders to translate needs into effective user-focused solutions
- Coordinate and execute comprehensive end-to-end testing for products and integrations before and after deployment to ensure quality and stability
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize products and refine processes supported by the teams core platform
- Build complex application configurations to meet user and business needs while improving application support processes
- Conduct advanced programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of application updates or fixes
- Maintain open communication with users to address complex application support requests
- Perform complex technical application support activities to achieve business outcomes
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure configurations align with project goals
- Foster positive relationships with software vendors and negotiate contracts
