Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, typically reflecting 3 years or more
- Strong expertise in SAP ACM or SD module preferred
- Experience with SAP Deployments is highly desirable
- Professional background in SAP support and consultancy
- Knowledge in Agriculture business processes is a plus
- Proven ability to produce written functional and technical design documents
Responsibilities
- Manage application configurations to fulfill user and business needs while suggesting enhancements to support processes
- Develop, configure, test, and deploy software fixes and updates
- Maintain open communication with users to address their application support requests
- Conduct advanced application support activities to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including developers and business partners, to ensure standards are met
- Evaluate and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests
- Foster positive relationships with software vendors and negotiate contracts
