Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with over 10 years in a similar role.
- At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture or engineering.
- Deep understanding of contemporary AI/ML architectures, pipelines, and platforms.
- Practical experience with security measures in Generative AI and Agentic AI, including LLMs, AI agents, prompt safety assessments, and AI governance.
- Ability to effectively articulate AI security risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven adaptability in dynamic environments with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the enterprise AI security architecture, standards, and control frameworks.
- Create reusable secure reference architectures and guidelines for AI workloads across diverse cloud and platform environments.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams to embed automated, scalable AI security mechanisms throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Lead the security strategy specifically for Generative AI and Agentic AI, which includes Large Language Model protection, prompt safety, agent orchestration, tool execution, and human-in-the-loop measures.
- Identify and address emerging AI threats such as prompt injection, model misuse, data poisoning, inference abuse, and risks within the AI supply chain.
- Evaluate and document the security implications of new AI systems, agents, and integrations on the wider enterprise landscape.
- Assist in the assessment and incorporation of AI security technologies to ensure effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to security engineers while influencing the AI security roadmap.
- Stay informed about AI, cloud, and security developments and convert them into actionable security strategies.
