Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, ideally reflecting 5 years or more
- Demonstrated experience in leading middleware technology platforms in large global organizations
- Proven ability to manage platform engineers and influence stakeholders
- Experience in defining platform roadmaps and negotiating software contracts
- Skill in defining the strategy and vision for developer platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on fostering innovation and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Oversee project implementation and delivery for Digital Integration, ensuring timely and scoped completion
- Lead the team in applying internal software deployment platforms and continuous delivery methodologies
- Ensure quality and performance of software applications through rigorous testing and code reviews
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance software development and operational excellence
- Coordinate collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business solutions
- Manage the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for software applications and processes
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications, aiming for minimal downtime
- Maintain partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Manage team performance, supporting individual development and promoting an inclusive team culture
