Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, typically reflects 5 years or more
- Strong background in operations, ideally in animal food production or similar manufacturing sectors
- Proven experience in Make space processes including receiving, planning, quality, materials, logistics, and supply chain
- Leadership experience managing technical or techno-functional teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of techno-functional consultants
- Assist the Operations Product Manager with administrative tasks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver top-notch, value-driven solutions
- Promote the adoption of product-centric operating models and agile methodologies
- Track team performance, enhance engagement, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with leads to supervise solution design, development, and integration for SAP and low/no-code platforms
- Ensure excellence in operational processes across receiving, planning, quality, materials, logistics, and supply chain
