Must:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, although typically, we prefer individuals with 3 years or more of applicable experience. A strong preference is given to those who possess expertise in the SAP ACM module or the SD module. Additionally, we value experience with SAP deployments and professional backgrounds in SAP support and consulting. Knowledge of agricultural business processes and the ability to create written functional and technical design documents are also desired.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will maintain, integrate, and implement software applications within our organization with limited supervision. I will conduct moderately complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and support to ensure the smooth, stable, and timely implementation of new software and updates to existing applications. I am responsible for managing application configurations to meet user and business requirements while developing and recommending improvements to support processes and procedures. I will also perform programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases. Keeping an open line of communication with users, I will respond to standard and moderately complex application support requests. My role includes conducting advanced application support activities to deliver business outcomes and working collaboratively with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals. Additionally, I will prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests while fostering positive relationships with software vendors and negotiating contracts.
