Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally 3 years or more
- Experience with SAP IBP, including its architecture and integration technologies
- Proven success in implementing and supporting SAP IBP integrations in complex business settings
- Familiarity with various SAP IBP modules such as Demand, Response & Supply, Inventory, and Sales & Operations Planning is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Manage application configuration and maintain SAP IBP settings to meet user and business requirements
- Design, analyze, configure, test, and deploy new features, integrations, and enhancements for SAP IBP
- Maintain open communication with end users and internal stakeholders, addressing application support requests
- Execute advanced application support activities alongside support team members to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including application analysts and product managers, to ensure alignment with standards and project goals
- Document and update configuration and integration processes, settings, and rules
- Share technical knowledge and modern skills related to SAP IBP and its capabilities
- Independently address moderate issues while escalating complex challenges to appropriate team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
