Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally 3 years or more
- Experience with S4HANA Security, Fiori Security, and Hana DB Security is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP BTP Security, SAP BOBJ, or any Cloud Solutions Security is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SAP security configurations, including roles, authorizations, and profiles, to fulfill user and business needs
- Develop, configure, test, and deploy fixes or updates for application version releases
- Maintain open communication with users and address standard and moderately complex application support requests
- Conduct advanced application support activities to achieve business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business partners, to ensure compliance with project goals
- Review, analyze, and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests
- Build positive relationships with software vendors and negotiate contracts
