Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator
- Proficiency in database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL
- Familiarity with database design, backup, recovery, and security
- Ability to work collaboratively with developers and users
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to participate in on-call support as needed
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a team of five Database Administrators
- Execute database upgrades and enhancements
- Provide operational support for existing databases
- Interface with developers and end users to address database needs
- Participate in on-call support during irregular hours as required
Description
We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Lutz, FL. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with four days on-site and one day remote each week. You will work from 9 am to 3 pm, with a flexible schedule accommodating 30-40 hours per week. This role is structured as a 6-month W2 contract with the potential for extension.
