Requirements
Must:
- We require 2–5 years of experience in an onsite IT support, desktop support, or field technician capacity.
- We need strong proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and widely used business applications.
- We require hands-on experience with Active Directory, including account administration, password resets, and group management.
- We need the ability to troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related peripherals.
- We require a basic working knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, routers, and switches.
- We need familiarity with IT ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, Zendesk, or Freshservice.
- We require excellent communication, a professional manner, and strong customer service skills.
- We need someone who can work independently, set priorities effectively, and travel between multiple sites as needed.
- We require a valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
- A bachelors degree is preferred.
- Experience supporting healthcare, rehabilitation, or multi-site environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, device management solutions, and inventory tracking systems is preferred.
- Experience coordinating hardware repairs or replacements with vendors is preferred.
- Help desk experience, Microsoft 365 experience, artificial intelligence experience, web design experience, and website management experience are all valued in varying degrees for this role.

Responsibilities
- We provide onsite technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripheral equipment.
- We diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network problems, including Wi‑Fi, LAN, and VPN issues.
- We install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and hardware components.
- We carry out routine maintenance, patching, and system updates to keep equipment running smoothly.
- We set up new workstations, monitors, docking stations, and associated accessories for staff.
- We support users with system access, password resets, and basic guidance on technology tools.
- We perform break/fix repairs and work with vendors on hardware replacements when needed.
- We maintain accurate IT asset records and keep inventory information current.
- We document troubleshooting actions, resolutions, and service activities thoroughly.
- We follow IT service management practices for incidents, requests, and problem resolution.
- We assist with office relocations, new site deployments, and technology refresh initiatives.
- We coordinate with external vendors for escalated issues or specialized equipment requirements.
- We help ensure compliance with our IT policies, security standards, and data protection procedures.
- We support system upgrades, software rollouts, and new technology implementations across our locations.
- We work directly with staff across clinical and residential settings to help keep daily operations running efficiently.
