Requirements
Must:
- Proficient experience with large language models (LLMs) such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT (including prompt engineering, API integration, and agent workflows)
- Knowledge of AI development tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenClaw, LangChain, or similar)
- Solid understanding of at least one backend programming language (Python, TypeScript, etc.)
- Action-oriented mindset — prefer to deliver a rough version today rather than a perfect one next month
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting where priorities can change and experimentation is welcomed
- Self-motivated — take initiative in deciding what to develop
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative work ethic
Responsibilities
- Quickly create AI-driven tools, workflows, and internal applications to address organizational challenges
- Develop functional prototypes to showcase the benefits of new AI capabilities, prioritizing speed and iteration over refinement
- Test new large language models, agent frameworks, and AI platforms as they become available
- Work together with cross-disciplinary teams to spot high-value opportunities for AI automation
- Transition validated prototypes to the larger engineering team for production readiness
- Communicate insights, document successes and failures, and assist the team in learning efficiently
