Requirements
Must:
- Must be able to work in-office in St. Peters, MO
- 5+ years of system administration experience
- Exceptional analytical abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of networking and server technologies
- Demonstrated experience in server management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Capability to translate complex concepts into clear content for non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Designing, constructing, and managing Windows and Linux server solutions
- Proactively monitoring, securing, and addressing security vulnerabilities
- Automating routine tasks like Windows updates and virus management
- Overseeing a highly available server environment with minimal downtime
- Managing various server roles, including clustering, Hyper-V, file services, IIS, RDS, and other Windows components
- Guiding and mentoring team members
- Creating and updating technical documentation
- Administering identity and access platforms such as Okta and Active Directory
- Configuring and maintaining DNS and other essential network services
- Administering Microsoft 365 services and applications
- Managing G Suite products, including Gmail and Google Drive
- Providing support for enterprise applications
- Maintaining physical data center hardware and associated systems
- Managing VMware ESXi hosts and the virtualized server environment, including Omnissa Horizon VDI
- Experience with AWS and Azure managing App Services
- Familiarity with NetApp, Pure Storage, and other enterprise storage solutions
