Requirements
Must:
- Must be able to work on-site in St. Peters, MO
- Over 5 years of experience in system administration
- Strong analytical abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of networking and server technologies
- Proven track record in server management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Capability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Designing, constructing, and managing Windows and Linux server solutions
- Proactively monitoring, securing, and addressing security vulnerabilities
- Automating routine tasks such as Windows updates and virus management
- Managing a highly available server environment with minimal downtime
- Overseeing various server functions, including clustering, Hyper-V, file services, IIS, RDS, and other Windows elements
- Providing mentorship to team members
- Creating and updating technical documentation
- Managing identity and access systems like Okta and Active Directory
- Configuring and maintaining DNS and other essential network services
- Administering Microsoft 365 services and applications
- Managing G Suite products, including Gmail and Google Drive
- Offering application support for Enterprise Systems
- Maintaining physical hardware in the data center and related systems
- Managing VMware ESXi hosts and the virtual server environment, including Omnissa Horizon VDI
- Experience with AWS and Azure for managing App Services
- Familiarity with Enterprise Storage Solutions such as NetApp and Pure Storage
