Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider or similar multi-tenant IT setting.
- Excellent written, verbal, and face-to-face communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong ability to follow through on tasks.
- Sales-engineering mindset: adept at asking pertinent questions, identifying use-cases, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Extensive experience with network infrastructure hardware and software, Windows Server & virtualization (Hyper-V / vSphere), Azure VDI / AVD, Group Policy + Intune, SharePoint/OneDrive business structure.
- Knowledge of network segmentation (VLANs).
- Strong cybersecurity knowledge and experience with configuring, deploying, and managing layered security tools.
- Solid understanding of and enthusiasm for Applied AI.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in high-level engineering and project execution tasks.
- Design and propose tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding client service.
- Maintain technical standards and influence project outcomes positively.
