Senior .NET Developer

- Provide technical guidance and leadership in the development and implementation of standards for high-quality, maintainable software - Facilitate collaboration among product, QA, UX, and client stakeholders to clarify requirements, create UI mockups, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful user acceptance testing and application sign-off - Engage in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives), offering accurate estimates while leading or participating in code and architecture reviews - Enhance software development methodologies and product features with a focus on customer experience and growth opportunities, empowering teams to take charge of user experience - Utilize modern development tools (e.g., Visual Studio 2022+, VS Code), source control (Git), DevOps strategies, and AI toolsets actively - Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Microsoft .NET (preferably ASP.NET Core), C#, HTML/CSS, and relevant JavaScript frameworks - Convert user requirements into acceptance criteria while creating architecture diagrams, API specifications, and data models to inform implementation - Implement and test solutions while maintaining comprehensive technical and deployment documentation - Work directly with clients to deliver production-ready online solutions, assisting in deployments, demonstrations, and training - Pursue continuous learning of new technologies and apply software best practices to design data models, implement features, and generate maintainable reports - Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying and operating applications in a cloud environment, preferably Azure or AWS - Collaborate closely with project managers to accurately estimate, plan, and deliver features on time while effectively communicating risks and prioritizing competing factors (cost, functionality, performance) to support decision-making
