Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree - Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience excluded) - A minimum of 4 years in a people management role - At least 4 years of experience in building iOS applications - Minimum of 3 years working with Swift - Masters Degree (preferred) - Over 7 years of experience in people management (preferred) - 7+ years developing iOS applications (preferred) - 4+ years using Swift (preferred) - 4+ years working with open source frameworks (preferred) - 2+ years in an Agile environment (preferred)

Responsibilities

- Develop iOS client coding solutions aligned with Product Strategy and engineering best practices - Collaborate with Software Engineers, UX/UI designers, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners/Analysts to create high-performing, user-centric experiences - Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of commitments with exceptional quality - Advocate for the mobile platform within both internal and external developer communities - Commit to continuous learning in mobile development technologies (Swift, Kotlin, libraries, etc.) - Influence group discussions and integrate feedback from the broader team - Mentor junior to mid-level team members - Engage with developers beyond the local sprint team across various disciplines (Android, iOS, APIs, Web, etc.) - Lead and manage the delivery of major components and platform requirements in collaboration with senior engineers and Architects - Share best practices and promote process improvements across sprint teams - Proactively identify technical challenges and collaborate on innovative solutions - Review pull requests to ensure compliance with Swift and other relevant programming standards - Provide leadership and expertise while managing a team of mobile developers
