Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering (internship experience not included)
- At least 2 years of expertise in developing iOS applications
- At least 2 years of proficiency with Swift
Responsibilities
- Design and develop iOS client code solutions aligned with product strategies, following established engineering best practices and guidelines
- Collaborate with software engineers, UX/UI designers, quality engineers, and product owners to create high-quality customer experiences that are engaging and user-friendly
- Participate actively in all agile team ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of commitments at the highest quality standards
- Act as an advocate for the mobile platform within internal and external developer communities
- Continuously learn and stay updated on technologies relevant to mobile development (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, third-party libraries)
- Influence group discussions, incorporating feedback from the broader team
- Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level team members
- Engage with developers beyond the immediate sprint team across various disciplines (Android, iOS, APIs, Web, etc.)
- Lead and manage the delivery of significant components and platform requirements alongside senior engineers and architects
- Share best practices regularly and enhance processes within and across sprint teams
- Identify and address technical challenges early, working with the team to develop innovative solutions
- Review pull requests to ensure compliance with Swift and other programming language standards
- Cultivate and exhibit subject matter expertise within the team
