- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience not included)
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Minimum of 4 years in people management
Responsibilities
- Oversee a range of technology projects while leading a team of developers experienced in distributed microservices and full stack systems to craft solutions that fulfill company regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on technology trends, experiment with new tools, engage in tech communities, mentor engineering peers, and occasionally contribute to coding or code reviews
- Partner with digital product managers to deliver dynamic cloud-based solutions that provide impactful experiences to help numerous Americans achieve financial empowerment
- Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS offerings
