Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Minimum of 6 years in software engineering (internships not included)
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- A minimum of 4 years in a people management role
- Masters degree is preferred
- 9 years of expertise in JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, or Python is a plus
- 3 years of experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
- 4 years of work with open source frameworks
- 3 years of experience in large data processing (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Glue/EMR)
- 2 years of experience in utilizing AI for development
- 4 years of leadership experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, operational, or SRE functions
Responsibilities
- Oversee a range of diverse technology initiatives and guide a team of experienced developers in microservices and full stack systems
- Drive the development of solutions to meet the companys regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on technological advancements, experiment with new tools, and engage in both internal and external technology networks
- Mentor and nurture other engineers within the organization
- Occasionally participate in coding or code review activities
- Collaborate with digital product managers to implement robust cloud-based solutions
- Deliver impactful experiences that empower millions of users in their financial journeys
