Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience excluded)
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- At least 4 years of experience managing teams
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of varied technology projects and guide a team of developers experienced in distributed microservices and full-stack systems to develop solutions addressing regulatory requirements for the organization
- Foster a culture of innovation by remaining current with technology trends, experimenting with new technologies, and engaging in both internal and external tech communities, while also mentoring fellow engineers and occasionally contributing code or reviewing code
- Collaborate with digital product managers to create robust cloud-based solutions that provide impactful experiences for millions of Americans seeking financial empowerment
- Utilize a variety of programming languages, including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as a wide range of AWS services
