Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software engineering (Internships are excluded)
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- 9+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience utilizing open-source frameworks (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in managing a team (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML operations and deployment (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience with Agentic AI (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience with LangChain or LangGraph (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee a range of technology projects and lead a team of developers knowledgeable in distributed microservices and full stack systems to develop solutions that align with regulatory requirements
- Share enthusiasm for keeping up with technology trends, testing new tools, engaging in tech communities, and mentoring fellow engineering team members, including hands-on coding when necessary
- Work closely with digital product managers to create powerful cloud-based solutions that enhance financial empowerment for millions of Americans
- Employ programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, as well as Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services
