Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 9 years in Software Engineering and solution architecture
- Minimum of 9 years in Cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Minimum of 9 years in Data architecture
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
- Over 10 years in Software Engineering and solution architecture (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in developing tools for Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer, Financial Crime, or Fraud detection domains (preferred)
- Over 3 years of professional experience implementing AI/ML strategies for anomaly detection in a regulatory environment requiring high explainability (preferred)
- Over 3 years of professional experience in Product Observability (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Break down complex challenges into practical, actionable solutions
- Ensure the integrity of technical design and execution
- Act as a recognized authority on non-functional system attributes, including observability, resiliency, and operational excellence
- Continuously acquire and share advanced technical insights within our community
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, optimizing your time to enhance impact
- Serve as a mentor and role model within the technology community, fostering the growth of technical skills among our engineering and product teams
- Understand stakeholder businesses and devise innovative technical solutions to meet their goals
- Build full-stack applications with a product-oriented approach, balancing simplicity and adaptability
- Leverage AWS cloud infrastructure across the entire stack (from IaaS to PaaS)
- Implement modern engineering operation practices such as observability, SLOs, Continuous Deployment, and Incident Management that embody a you build it, you run it philosophy
- Use frameworks like Spark, Flink, Kafka, and Dagster for large-scale data architecture and processing
- Create high-quality technical documentation to align teams and influence stakeholders
