Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management
- Bachelors Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or expectation to obtain it before the start date
- Masters Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative focus is preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology
- Cultivate and implement AI/ML capabilities for intelligent banking
- Collaborate with engineering, risk, security, and business teams to ensure governance and security standards are met
- Build significant products for technical users such as data scientists and ML engineers
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to product development and innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams to tackle user challenges and enhance product offerings
