Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years in Product Management experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or an MBA with a quantitative focus
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with various stakeholders (Engineers, SDLC, Architecture, Risk, and Cyber) to represent the customers voice internally
- Engaging with Engineers to understand technical requirements and articulate them effectively
- Leading product management practices within the organization by establishing clear expectations and commitments
- Implementing product metrics for owned products and formulating the business rationale for new investments
- Persuading senior stakeholders to utilize our products and demonstrating the outcomes that justify further investment
