Requirements

Must:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification - Minimum of 4 years of experience in platform engineering on HR platforms (such as Workday, Peoplesoft, or Successfactors) - At least 2 years of experience in designing and developing integration solutions - Minimum 2 years of working with APIs in the Workday environment using REST or SOAP - Bachelors Degree (preferred) - Over 5 years of experience with Workday Human Resources modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting or Talent and Performance Management (preferred) - More than 3 years in designing and developing integration solutions in Workday using Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Custom Reports, or RaaS solutions (preferred) - Over 3 years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP (preferred) - Workday Integration Developer certifications (preferred) - At least 1 year of experience designing and developing solutions using Workday Extend (preferred) - Minimum of 1 year working with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred) - More than 2 years of experience in Agile practices (preferred)

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product owners to grasp desired application functionalities and testing scenarios - Interpret and prioritize business needs while embedding HR value propositions and strategies - Deliver solutions within Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits following efficient and organized processes with high standards - Communicate effectively across teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders, influencing solutions among business partners - Identify process improvement opportunities, partnering with HR to provide innovative insights for redesigning business processes to optimize outcomes - Continuously research, test, and remain updated on Workday updates, fixes, and capabilities - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system implementations - Serve as the primary resource for inquiries regarding system operations from both business and technical perspectives - Provide production support for Workday by diagnosing issues, testing solutions, and collaborating with the business to resolve concerns
