Requirements

Must:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Workday platform engineering - At least 2 years of experience in creating and developing integration solutions - Minimum of 2 years of experience interfacing with APIs in the Workday environment using REST or SOAP - Bachelors Degree (preferred) - 5 years of experience with Workday Finance modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Global Consolidation, Invoices, Payments, and Suppliers (preferred) - 3 years of designing and developing integration solutions within Workday (preferred) - 3 years of experience utilizing APIs in the Workday environment with REST or SOAP (preferred) - Workday Integration Developer certifications (preferred) - 1 year of designing and developing applications using Workday Extend (preferred) - 1 year of experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or others (preferred) - 2 years of experience in Agile methodologies (preferred)

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product owners to grasp desired application features and testing scenarios - Convert business priorities into actionable solutions, integrating the Finance value proposition into strategic goals - Deliver effective solutions within the Workday platform across Finance modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Global Consolidation, Invoices, Payments, and Suppliers while ensuring high-quality standards - Communicate effectively across the team, engaging with Product Owners and stakeholders to influence business partner solutions - Identify and propose process enhancements in collaboration with Finance partners to optimize business results - Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Technology and Platform developments through continuous research and testing - Create and maintain extensive documentation for system implementation and upkeep - Serve as the primary contact for queries regarding system functionality from both business and technical angles - Provide production support for Workday by diagnosing issues, testing, and collaborating with the business to resolve challenges
