Requirements

Must:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification - Minimum of 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks - At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform - Minimum of 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports - Bachelors degree (preferred) - Over 5 years of experience with Workday functional configuration, focusing on Payroll and Benefits (preferred) - Familiarity with agile delivery environments (preferred) - Relevant Workday or Workday Pro certifications in areas like HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation (preferred) - At least 1 year of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) (preferred)

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product owners to grasp desired application functionalities and testing scenarios - Interpret and align the business priorities with HR value propositions and strategies to fulfill organizational needs - Deliver solutions within Workday across various sectors such as HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits through structured and efficient processes while upholding high standards - Communicate effectively with team members, Product Owners, stakeholders, and influence solutions across business partners - Spot opportunities for process enhancement, working together with HR partners to devise innovative ideas and insights that will optimize business outcomes - Conduct ongoing research, testing, and remain updated on Workday enhancements, fixes, and features - Assemble and uphold comprehensive documentation for system implementations - Serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding system operations from both business and technical perspectives - Provide ongoing production support for Workday by diagnosing issues, conducting tests, and coordinating with the business to address challenges
