Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 6 years in software engineering (excluding internship experience)
- At least 4 years in a management capacity
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing iOS applications
- At least 3 years of proficiency with Swift
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- 7 years of people management experience (preferred)
- 7 years of experience in building iOS applications (preferred)
- 4 years of experience with Swift (preferred)
- 4 years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred)
- 2 years of experience with Agile practices (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop client code solutions for iOS that align with product strategies and follow established engineering best practices
- Collaborate with various teams including Software Engineers, UX/UI designers, and Product Owners to create engaging customer experiences
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results
- Advocate for the mobile platform within developer communities
- Continuously learn about mobile development technologies including Swift and Kotlin
- Contribute to team discussions and incorporate feedback from peers
- Mentor junior to mid-level team members
- Engage with developers across multiple disciplines including Android and Web
- Lead the delivery of significant components in collaboration with senior engineers
- Share best practices and enhance processes across teams
- Identify technical challenges early and devise creative solutions
- Review code submissions to ensure compliance with language standards
- Provide leadership and guidance while managing a mobile development team
