Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical programs
- Over 5 years of experience designing and developing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
- At least 3 years of experience in creating distributed systems & highly available services utilizing AWS cloud computing services and architecture
- A minimum of 3 years of experience applying Agile methodologies
- More than 3 years of experience successfully delivering large and complex programs, owning the business or technical direction
- Experience in building systems & solutions in a highly regulated environment
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority initiatives associated with ad tech and marketing tech as part of the Bank Tech organization
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders and stakeholders across various business lines to execute a unified roadmap
- Drive successful outcomes that significantly impact the company
- Mentor and develop the expanding TPM discipline within the team
- Leverage industry expertise to educate the organization on effective Technical Program Management practices
