Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience excluded)
- At least 1 year of cloud computing experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in people management
- Having a Masters Degree is preferred
- Over 9 years of proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
- More than 3 years of experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
- Over 4 years of experience with open source frameworks
- At least 7 years of experience in managing teams
- A minimum of 2 years of familiarity with Agile practices
Responsibilities
- Oversee a variety of technology projects and manage a team of developers skilled in distributed microservices and full stack systems to create compliant solutions
- Stay updated on tech trends, experiment with new technologies, engage in internal and external tech communities, mentor engineers, and occasionally review or write code
- Partner with digital product managers to deliver effective cloud solutions that enhance user experiences, empowering millions in their financial journeys
- Employ programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, as well as Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, and multiple AWS tools and services
