Senior Manager, Machine Learning Solutions

- Design, construct, and/or deploy ML models and components that address real-world business challenges, collaborating closely with Product and Data Science teams - Make informed decisions on ML infrastructure based on a strong understanding of modeling techniques and challenges, including model choice, data and feature selection, model training, hyperparameter tuning, bias/variance, and validation - Tackle complex problems through writing and testing application code, developing and validating ML models, and automating tests and deployment processes - Work as part of a cross-functional Agile team to create and refine software that supports cutting-edge big data and ML applications - Retrain, maintain, and monitor models once they are in production - Utilize or develop cloud-based architectures, technologies, or platforms to deliver optimized ML models at scale - Create efficient data pipelines to support ML models - Apply continuous integration and continuous deployment best practices, including test automation and monitoring, to ensure effective deployment of ML models and application code - Manage code to minimize vulnerabilities, govern models from a risk perspective, and adhere to best practices in Responsible and Explainable AI - Utilize programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java
