Senior Manager, Customer Trust & Security Specialist

- Enhance and expand existing programs, such as the Customer Trust Center, empowering customers with self-service access to critical security, privacy, and compliance information. - Serve as a trusted technical and security advisor, engaging with customer security teams and IT leaders to meet their cybersecurity and business requirements. - Act as an external representative for the company in security and technology dialogues, helping to establish best practices and showcasing our solutions as industry leaders. - Connect the dots between technical value and business outcomes by aligning security strategies with sales and marketing initiatives, fostering product adoption. - Collaborate extensively with engineering, legal, risk, cyber, and compliance teams to ensure our security responses are precise and reflect our current technical and regulatory environment. - Assess and respond to the cybersecurity components of RFIs and RFPs, supplying detailed information about our security measures, policies, and procedures. - Keep our security knowledge base up-to-date, including security policies and relevant certifications like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. - Identify trends in customer security inquiries to refine our documentation and proactive communication efforts. - Assist in third-party risk assessments and due diligence processes, enabling customers to efficiently evaluate our security posture. - Offer insights on emerging cybersecurity trends and customer expectations to influence the product roadmap. - Create and standardize security sales playbooks that arm sales teams with effective messaging, handling objections, and relevant case studies.
