Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience not applicable)
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in people management
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in machine learning (preferred)
- 9 years of experience in at least one programming language: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js (preferred)
- 7 years of people management experience (preferred)
- 4 years of experience in open-source frameworks (preferred)
- 3 years of experience working with AWS (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in Agile practices (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse portfolio of technology projects alongside a skilled team of developers
- Drive the creation of solutions meeting the companys regulatory requirements
- Stay informed on technological trends and continuously explore new technologies
- Actively participate in technology communities and mentor junior engineering team members
- Occasionally engage in coding tasks and code evaluations
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver impactful cloud-based solutions
- Foster powerful experiences to empower millions of Americans financially
