Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and constructing data-driven solutions using distributed computing (Internship experience does not count)
- At least 4 years of programming experience with Python, Scala, or Java
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing, scaling, and refining ML systems
- At least 2 years of team leadership experience in ML solution development
- Strong technical foundation and familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI optimization techniques
- Experience integrating solutions within a complex web and mobile application ecosystem
- Emphasis on creating maintainable, well-tested, and resilient solutions
- Passion for staying updated on the latest research and the ability to adapt novel techniques into production
- Communicating complex technical ideas effectively to diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver impactful consumer products utilizing cutting-edge technology with an emphasis on applied AI for web and mobile
- Adopt the Product hat while demonstrating a profound understanding of customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, research scientists, technical program managers, and product managers to enhance customer interactions with Capital One
- Engage with various teams to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain technical solutions across a comprehensive development landscape
- Ensure the quality, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions
