Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 8 years of experience utilizing build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory
- At least 6 years of experience with AWS
- Minimum of 4 years in a team leadership role
- Preferred: Over 7 years of experience with AWS
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience implementing Agile practices
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners to grasp desired application functionalities and testing scenarios
- Enhance software engineering practices continuously
- Engage within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using a full-stack of development tools
- Oversee the quality, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions
- Stay updated on technological trends, experiment with new technologies, participate in tech communities, and mentor fellow engineers
- Foster innovation, adoption of cutting-edge technologies, inclusivity, creative problem-solving, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity
- Employ scripting languages such as Python, SQL, Ruby, and Groovy, along with Container Orchestration services like Docker and ECS, configuration management tools including Ansible and Terraform, and various AWS tools and services
