Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience (internships not included)
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- 9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks (preferred)
- 1+ years of people management experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse portfolio of technology projects and a skilled team of developers specialized in distributed microservices and full stack systems to create regulatory solutions for the organization
- Stay updated on technology trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, engage in internal and external tech communities, mentor fellow engineers, and occasionally write or review code
- Work collaboratively with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that enhance user experiences and empower millions of Americans financially
- Employ programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes, as well as a variety of AWS tools and services
