Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in general software development
- At least 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture
- Preferred: 10+ years of professional experience coding in languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, etc.
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience in the full system development lifecycle, from conception through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies (public or private)
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience with networking technologies (BGP, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Cloud Networking, and Data Center Networking)
Responsibilities
- Articulate and advocate for a bold technical vision within your domain
- Break down complex issues into practical and actionable solutions
- Ensure high quality in technical design and implementation processes
- Serve as a leading authority on non-functional system characteristics like performance, scalability, and operability
- Continuously learn and share advanced technical knowledge within our community
- Manage multiple projects concurrently to maximize impact
- Act as a role model and mentor, coaching and enhancing the technical skills of our engineering and product teams
