Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 9 years experience in software engineering, focusing on backend system design and scaling, security protocols, or data platforms
- At least 7 years in building and enhancing resilient, production-critical infrastructure
- Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience within complex regulated environments (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience designing compliance-as-code or automated governance frameworks at enterprise scale (preferred)
- Proven capability in identifying systemic risks and generating solutions across technical and policy domains (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of automated governance strategies, treating compliance as a data challenge
- Create frameworks that integrate into developers workflows to ensure compliance from the codes inception, without needing manual oversight
- Collaborate with Agentic Platform and Risk teams to establish verification systems for agentically-produced code, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards
- Distill intricate regulatory requirements into seamless, automated technical solutions that satisfy auditors while empowering engineers
- Act as an active leader in implementing vital solutions, including reviewing architectures and ensuring tooling meets top-notch reliability and performance standards
- Work closely with Risk Management, SDLC Policy, and Cyber teams to align technical strategies with business goals, staying ahead of regulatory demands
