Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in DevOps Engineering (Internship experience not considered)
- At least 4 years of experience with Cloud Native technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Minimum of 6 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience
- 9+ years of DevOps Engineering experience preferred
- 6+ years of coding and scripting experience (Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, Perl or Ruby) preferred
- 4+ years in infrastructure design, implementation, and delivery preferred
- 3+ years using monitoring tools (Splunk or Zabbix) preferred
- 3+ years with Container orchestration services including Docker or Kubernetes preferred
- 3+ years utilizing Agile Development Practices preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead a variety of technology initiatives and manage a team of developers with expertise in machine learning, distributed microservices, and full stack systems to develop solutions that address regulatory requirements for the organization
- Stay updated on technology trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, engage in both internal and external tech communities, mentor fellow engineers, and occasionally write or review code
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans to achieve financial independence
- Employ programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Ruby, and Go, as well as Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, Configuration Management tools like Ansible and Terraform, and various AWS tools and services
