Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in DevOps Engineering (Internship experience not considered)
- At least 4 years of expertise with Cloud Native technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Minimum of 6 years in Unix or Linux system administration
- At least 4 years of experience in managing people
- Preferred: Over 9 years of experience in DevOps Engineering
- Preferred: Over 6 years of coding and scripting experience (Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, Perl, Ruby)
- Preferred: More than 4 years in infrastructure design, implementation, and delivery
- Preferred: At least 3 years of experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Zabbix)
- Preferred: At least 3 years of experience with Container orchestration services (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Preferred: Over 3 years of experience working under Agile Development Practices
Responsibilities
- Oversee a range of diverse technology projects and mentor a team of developers skilled in machine learning, microservices, and full stack systems
- Share enthusiasm for keeping up with technology trends, experimenting with new tools, participating in technology communities, mentoring colleagues, and occasionally coding or reviewing code
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver innovative cloud-based solutions that facilitate financial empowerment for millions of Americans
- Apply programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Ruby, and Go, alongside Container Orchestration services such as Docker and Kubernetes, CM tools like Ansible and Terraform, alongside various AWS tools and services
