Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field) plus 2 years of data analytics experience.
- Masters Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative focus is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and NLP technologies.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or R (2 years minimum experience).
- Familiarity with SQL (minimum 2 years experience).
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with AWS and cloud computing platforms.
- A history of developing scalable AI/ML solutions and operationalizing models in production environments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers, and product managers to create AI-driven products that transform customer interactions.
- Utilize various technologies, including Pytorch, AWS Ultraclusters, and others, to extract insights from substantial datasets.
- Serve as the specialist in Natural Language Processing to fine-tune and apply Large Language Models for customer-centric applications.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of machine learning and NLP model development, from design to validation, in partnership with engineering teams to ensure scalable production systems.
- Translate intricate technical work into practical business objectives through effective communication.
