Senior Business Analyst, Premium Products

- Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities for enhancement, making strategic or tactical recommendations through data analysis - Conduct modeling and analytics to inform new product and pricing strategies for various lending offerings - Support direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives for select products and contribute to the development of new customer experiences - Enhance credit performance by linking drivers of future consumer credit trends with historical data, developing risk models, and rigorously monitoring hypotheses - Lead problem framing, hypothesis development, testing, and solution proposal, including operational feasibility assessment and implementation planning - Collaborate with various internal teams such as IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to enhance quality, volume, service, and profitability - Utilize a strategic and analytic approach in decision-making, with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis in marketing and credit risk management - Exhibit strong business judgment, leadership qualities, and integrity in decision-making processes - Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence and drive consensus - Maintain a strong focus on achieving both short-term and long-term objectives, adapting to an ever-changing environment - Thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and high-velocity atmosphere, with consulting experience considered a plus
