Senior Business Analyst - AML Modeling

- Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement to formulate strategic recommendations - Conduct modeling and analytics to support new product development and pricing strategies for lending products - Assist with direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives for selected products and contribute to the design and enhancement of customer experiences - Enhance credit performance by connecting future consumer credit trends to historical data, building risk models, and testing hypotheses - Lead problem-solving frameworks, develop hypotheses, perform analyses, and execute solution implementations with monitoring plans - Collaborate with various teams across the organization, including IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance, to enhance quality, volume, service, and profitability - Apply a strategic and analytical mindset to decision-making and problem-solving - Demonstrate strong judgment, leadership capabilities, and integrity with a results-oriented approach - Manage agendas effectively in dynamic and uncertain environments - Thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial atmosphere, leveraging previous consulting experience where applicable
