Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of experience in product management or relevant fields such as product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
- Experience translating business strategy into consumer-oriented digital products (preferred)
- Familiarity with core product platforms that enable digital experiences (preferred)
- Background working with cross-functional teams in an agile development setting (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical teams to create detailed acceptance criteria and identify additional research needs for future feature designs
- Decompose business epics into features and user stories to focus on minimal viable products for effective testing
- Utilize hypothesis-driven assessments of data to ensure product functionality meets genuine business demands
- Oversee and prioritize development roadmaps, ensuring adherence to necessary processes for risk management
- Conduct independent research and feature development in an agile setting, utilizing evolving technology
- Partner with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to create advanced solutions for customers
- Understand technology trends and architecture strategies to deliver well-managed product platforms for customers
- Participate in horizontal forums to build trusted relationships with tech teams and stakeholders
- Clearly articulate product roadmaps to convey business value and share results with stakeholders, establishing expertise in the product domain
